Resetting Avalo Management Portal (AMP) Applications

From time to time you may be required to refresh your active application in the Avalo Management Portal (AMP). To do this follow these very simple instructions:

 

Step 1:

Log into AMP by visiting your branded portal URL.

Step 2:

In the upper right hand corner mouse over where your name is

Step 3:

A Drop down will appear, select App Store from the Drop Down

Step 4:

The App Store Menu will appear. Here you will need to “switch off” all of your apps. Make sure to scroll to the right in order to access apps that may not be displayed

After switching off all of your apps click on save. A message stating that the screen will refresh will appear. Just check ok

Step 5:

After the screen refresh is completed, go back into the App Store just like you did in Steps 2 and 3.

Step 6:

Switch back on all the apps, and click save, again you will get a message that states the screen will refresh

After the screen refresh is completed you should have access to all your apps again.
