Getting Started with the Account Manager

The Accounts Manager App is a dynamic web portal that provides multi-tenant functionality to stay organized, no matter how large you scale. Set up accounts, activate service plans, set limits and restrictions, and manage permissions seamlessly within the interface.

Manage user accounts, providing all the granular control you need to ensure users have an enjoyable experience. Set limits for inbound and outbound calls, create call restrictions and manage credit balances. Set permissions on what each user can view. You can even check your users accounts without having to log in with their credentials. Create a white-labeled portal, choose which Apps are available on each account, and manage each user’s billing.

Add and edit new accounts and sub-accounts, monitor users, select service plans, and create restrictions, all in within the Accounts Manager dashboard.

Set Up Accounts for All Users

Set up accounts for all of your new users. Provide them with the credentials to log in and set an administrator.

Activate Service Plans

Choose a service plan for an account through a dropdown in the UI. Once you have chosen a service plan, you can synchronize devices according to the plan and reconcile bill details.

Set Limits and Create Call Restrictions

Create and set limits for users that include inbound and outbound trunks/ per minute credits. Set up call restrictions based on Tolls, Location, Emergency Dispatcher, and more.

Manage Permissions

Manage what your users can view and can’t view. This includes user and account settings, billing options, and inbound and outbound trunking.
