VoIP Quality Monitor (VQM)

VQM is designed to analyze and provide quality metrics of VoIP call based on network parameters – delay variation and packet loss according to ITU-T G.107 E-model which predicts quality on the MOS scale. Data from VQM can be  saved to pcap file with either only SIP or SIP/RTP/RTCP/T.38/udptl protocols included. VQM can also decode speech to provide realtime Quality Metrics on the Audio stream with in a call dialog, with support for industry standard codecs including but not limited to G.711 alaw/ulaw and G.729a, G.723, iLBC, Speex, GSM, SILK, iSAC, OPUS. VQM can also provide details metrics T.38 Fax dialogs.

VQM is an integrated part of the Avalo Voice Platform (AVP).
