Within this dashboard, you may review total users and devices, assign conference bridges and phone numbers.You can create customized greetings and call routes to give businesses that professional touch, and in addition set functionality with a beautiful user interface and an intuitive experience.You can set up a main business phone number and utilize the pre-built Virtual Receptionist to handle inbound calls.

While any SIP device can be used, you can provision Yealink, Polycom and Cisco devices in minutes with our built-in auto-provisioning system. Devices can be provisioned remotely, you’ll just need your MAC and IP address, then plug in and reset the device.

Easy Call Logs

You never need to struggle to find a number again. More importantly, you can diagnose call delivery problems with ease. Every call is tracked, and every device that rings or is attempted is shown. Your call problems can also be reported with a single click.

Personal Inbound Phone Numbers

You can provide each user with their own direct-dial phone number, in addition to their extension number. Multiple extensions and phone numbers are allowed, too.

Personal Conference Rooms

Every user can have their own conference bridge and unique pin. This avoids users scheduling conference “rooms”. Use the conference whenever you like – it’s always available. No scheduling required.
