Yealink has made it very easy to factory default their devices. You need to just simply follow these instructions:
Step 1:
From the idle screen press and hold down the OK button.
Step 2:
You will be asked to confirm if you want to reset the device. Please confirm YES.
While the Yealink IP Phone shown above is a T41P the process will be the same for all of their desktop phones.
